Leveraging on ADO.NET, Microsoft is introducing a paradigm shift on how developers using visual studio 2012, access data stored in databases.

This new feature in Visual Studio 2012 and 2013 will allow developers create entities or domain objects and map them to actual fields in your databases without having to concern themselves with the underlying tables and columns where this data is stored.
